A New Frozen Escapade

Angora was walking around the Inner City of Burrowgatory in her doll form, sighing in slight annoyance. ‘What exactly can I get for Hops today that I haven’t gotten her yet...?’ She wondered, deep in thought. She glanced up from her feet, not having been watching where she was going, and noticed a commotion at what appeared to be a new store. She easily pushed her way to the front, other succubuns moving out of her way to not cause her any problems.

“Hello and welcome to BelowZero! What can I get for you today?” The worker asked, a succubun with pudding-colored hair, tilting her head smiling brightly as she waited patiently.

“...What exactly is this place?” Angora asked the succubun working behind the counter, looking around and noticing some succubuns sitting at tables, eating what appeared to be ice cream. “...an ice cream shop?”

“Yes ma’am! We use liquid nitrogen to make an ice cream based on whatever you want! You can give use something you want us to make ice cream out of, or you can just give us a flavor to match!” She said politely, gesturing to the rules listed beside them. “If you want, I can take the next order, and you can see the process and decide on a flavor!”

“...I suppose I shall do that, then. What is your name?” Angora said, stepping aside just enough to let the purple and pink haired succubun get ahead of her.

“My name is Purin, ma’am! Hello and welcome to BelowZero! What can I get for you today, sir?” Purin smiled at the new customer.

“Yeah, get me one with this.” The new succubun said, holding out a Sinnamon Whiskey.

“Regular cream or light cream?” Purin asked, tilting her head as she took the Sinnamon Whiskey from him.

“Regular. Jalapeños for the mix-in, and the Hellfire Caramel sauce. Name for the order is Punk.” The succubun, Punk said, now looking rather impatient. “How much does it cost?”

“Three hundred carats!” Purin said, holding her hand out for payment as she set the Sinnamon Whiskey down on the counter. Punk grumbled angrily, mumbling something about spending too many carats on something like this. He then swiped a card that allowed him to spend his carats, and waited patiently.

Angora watched as Purin began to make it after putting the carats away. She watched in slight curiosity as Purin began to put cream into a bowl, adding in the Sinnamon Whiskey and some jalapeños into it. She then turned on what seemed to be a faucet of gas, and Angora looked fascinated as it began to freeze and look more like ice cream. She watched Purin put a sauce over it, and then handed it over to Punk, who went to sit down and eat it.

“So, did you decide if you’d like one, ma’am?” Purin asked, blinking as she turned to look at Angora.

“Yes, I’d like two, actually. One with this Angora Sour, with sour gummy worms mixed in, and the Biteback Drizzle you have listed. The other I’d like mixed with this Peach Hellini, with peaches mixed in, the Summertime Nectar sauce, and Seafoam sprinkles on top. What would the total be?” Angora asked, watching Purin seem to begin adding it up.

“That would be a total of eight hundred carats!” Purin responded after writing everything down. “Regular cream or light cream for them?”

“Regular for both... Here’s your payment.” Angora said, swiping her own card, paying for them. She then watched Purin make them both, and happily took them, looking pleasantly surprised at the taste of the Peach Hellini one. “...I will come by again. These are surprisingly good.” Angora said, leaving and beginning to make her way to The Rabbit Hole. ‘Hopefully Hops will like this, I put a lot of thought into how I could give her a special treat today~’

She soon entered The Rabbit Hole, and smiled slightly as she watched Hops trip and drop a tray of drinks onto the ground, glaring at the manager as she made her way over. “Hops, my pet, I have a present for you~... Come join me at the table so that I can feed it to you~?” She asked, and Hops swallowed slightly, nodding and heading over, curiosity shining in her eyes at the mention of a present.
