Adelaide and her Seashell Companion

It had taken Adelaide nearly two weeks to find the time to take off from her shop so she could return to Forneus Sea to relax on the beach. Perhaps find some seashells to make jewelry with, yes? She had decided to bring along her beach bag that was splattered in rainbow colors and stored her crafting supplies, a book, a towel and among other things.

This time she had elected for one-piece halter swimsuit that happened to be burnt mahogany with cream sundress thrown over top. Her hair was braided with navy blue ribbon running through it and tying the long hair in a lovely bow.

Great~! Time to return to the beach and hunt for seashells. Should be a wonderful day yes?
Once the Greed doll had arrived at the beach, she was immediately scouring the sand near the ocean as she searched for seashells that would be perfect for her crafts. She had been quite itching to make beach-themed accessories lately. She eventually moved further down the beach to avoid crowds as she was not up for socializing too much. Abby loved interacting with others, she truly do; she just happened to be rather low on social energy and needed to charge with some peace and quiet time to herself.

Adelaide slowly sifted through the sand, searching for good seashells that were lovely in colour, good size and unbroken. She separated her desired choices from the rest and put into a container in her bag as she trudged along the beach strip, the sea water soaking her feet as her sandals were being stored in her bag. It was a lovely day out to go hunting for seashells and make something with them. Abby hummed softly to herself as she filled her container up with seashells then settled down on a rock formation nearby to get comfortable; a towel under her and her bag set aside.
She pulled out an empty container and set in her lap as she began to sort through her full container, searching for scallop shells, the type that was shaped like a round fan; separating them into the empty container with great care. Once they were separated and the first container put away, she pulled out another empty container and a Dremel hand tool.

It wasn't too difficult for the Greed doll to get deeply focused in drilling holes into the seashells with her dremel hand tool that she was not paying attention to her surroundings. Hence the moment a clawed hand landed on her shoulder, Adelaide swung her hand holding the hand tool up over her shoulder where it was swiftly caught in the ironclad grip of the same hand that had startled Adelaide out of her focus. She slowly closed her eyes and took deep breaths to calm herself. Then she slowly opened her eyes and glanced to the side with a low growl of a name that drew out a low chuckle from the Envy standing behind her.

"My my oh my Laide. So hot tempered. Should've been more aware of your surroundings~" He jumped back when Adelaide twisted her hand out of his grip and lunged for him.

"Zero-!" She snarled as she returned to her containers and bag; packing them up and reorganizing her beach bag.
"Why are you here?!"

"Oh am I not allowed to spend my leisure time outside the Syndicate? Laide please" Zero chuckled softly as Adelaide swung the bag over her shoulder with a tired sigh.

"If I'm being honest, I wanted to scour the beach for seashells to collect so I could give you them for our dinner tomorrow" Zero leaned back, hands in his shorts pockets as Adelaide glanced at him; her stiff body posture slowly releasing the tension.

"....I see. Well that's awful kind of you.... This beach strip is quiet and void of any stray buns. Let us go scour for more and perhaps you can get me caught up on the-"
"Certainly" Zero interrupted swiftly as he easily jumped down from the rock formation while Adelaide made her way down with more grace.

"Let me carry the seashells. You go scour" Zero chuckled as Adelaide moved on ahead to start sifting through the sand once again.
