Green Thumb - Planting.
Snuggler Supreme woke up to a beautiful day out. Through her large, sectioned windows, she could see the patch of dirt in front of her place that would soon be the garden. It was a great day to garden. Although, on second thought, it was also a great day for napping. Snugs lay back down, but couldn’t stop thinking about the garden. She had gotten a few Hazebloom starts from Hops as a reward for all her help. She decided to get up.
Snugs stepped out of bed, stretching and yawning. Walking across her pink shag carpet, she headed to the living room. There she saw the box with the Hazebloom starts in them. She picked up the box and walked backward through the front door. She staged the box next to the garden and turned to look at it. Right now, it was just a patch of dirt, but with a little hard work (ew) it would be a fine little garden. She headed around back to her tiny wooden shed. She opened the door wide, bioluminescent light filling the tiny room. As she walked in, something in the corner caught her eye. It was an imp, and a tiny one at that. She took time to shoo it out of the shed, and then turned back to the task at hand.
She needed to find her trowel, gardening gloves, and gardening apron to do this job. Without the apron, her fuzzy fur would get incredibly dirty, and it was a pain to have to clean it any more than necessary. She found the apron hanging on a hook. Within the apron pockets were the garden gloves, tan with little leaves all over them. Now she just needed a trowel. She searched near the hook, to no avail. Now to check the rest of the shed. Rummaging through all the different items that had been put in there throughout the years, it was hard to find anything specific. She searched and searched, until she was exhausted. She shut the door and took a little nap.
Waking up from her nap, she had the idea to go borrow a trowel. She got up and opened the shed door, light rushing into her not yet adjusted eyes. She blinked a few times as her eyes adjusted to the light. She walked out front and looked at the garden area. Everything she needed was there, except a trowel. Hops was sure to have one. She took off the apron and garden gloves, setting them beside the box of hazeblooms.
She set off in search of a trowel to use to plant the little starts. On her way to hop’s garden, she noticed the weather was starting to change. It might rain. By the time that she had reached Hops’ garden, there was a very fine mist in the air. Nothing that would stop her from gardening though. She borrowed Hops’ gardening trowel, and headed back home. Nothing of interest happened on the way back.
When she reached her own garden, she started right away. Grab a start, dig a hole, plant the start. Over and over until all the starts were planted finally. She stood back up and looked at her garden. A dozen or so hazeblooms now sat in front of the pink house. The dark blues and purples were a stark contrast to the pink house. However, they looked good, and would come in handy later. She returned the trowel, put up her gardening things, and went inside for a well deserved nap.
