Ballini's Swimsuit Dilemma

When it came to fashion, Ballini was very particular about how she dressed herself as she often prioritized comfort over everything else. However when it came to being on the stage performing ballet? She prioritized looks. Absolutely. Everyone who knew her will immediately say that she is naturally very modest in how she dressed especially regarding her cleavage.

However. Ballini actually did not mind exposing them when it came to swimwear and ballet wear because they would be on her terms and it would be within her comfort zone to do so. She had a section dedicated to her swimsuits in her closet after all. It was assorted in styles and colours but if there is one thing in common it would be that they all were one piece as she found discomfort in two piece swimsuits.

Ballini was currently standing in front of that section of her closet, staring at the swimsuits hanging on the hangers with a small pout on her face as her two imps lounged nearby; Odette the Cygnette was nesting in a pile of clothes while Clara the Albino Phloof was bouncing around shelves. The Greed needed to select something so she could finish reading her beach bag for the day out tomorrow with her friends from the dance academy.
But.
Which to pick? There were just so many options....

She had two-tone ruffles with wrap-over skirt and sweetheart neckline. There was a triangle shaped keyhole exposing her abdomen. The one piece was colored with plum and mulberry. It was one of her favorites but not something she was feeling like wearing to the beach with her friends. Not to mention she had lost the cover up that complimented it well. The quiet hissing from Odette told her the sheer disapproval the Cygnette had for the option.

There was also that one piece that had floral print on the top section, a wrap belt tie around waist and solid bottom section with halter tie. The neckline was rather deep v right to the wrap belt. It was in a stunning shade of emerald green with black floral patterning. Ballini adored that piece but it was not what she was feeling like unfortunately. Not to mention the fact Clara had stopped moving and was puffing up like a furball. Another disapproval.

She did however pull out a piece that had Odette shifting in her nest and Clara bouncing up onto the shelf where Odette was. Clearly they approved.

It was ruched floral printed one piece with form fitting skirt, double criss crossing straps and solid patches down the side. The floral print was simple white with pink and grey flowers while the straps and solid patches were in sapphire blue. There were small ruffles at the hem and it looked absolutely gorgeous on Ballini. She set it aside as a possible option.

The last piece on her list of consideration was another ruched piece, this time one shoulder and with small loose skirt. It was in shimmery pearl colouring and shone with ease on Ballini. Not to mention it came with floral print kimono cover up. Ballini pulled it out and set aside with the swimsuit from earlier before taking her imps with her as she left the closet to continue sorting out her beach bag. Towels went in, as did wallet and beach hat. She also put in snacks for her imps as they would be accompanying her to the beach trip. Clara easily migrated from her arms to her head, nestling in snugly between her Greed glassy horns as Ballini busied herself around her apartment with getting her bag ready with books to to read, sketchbooks to sketch in and whatever else one would necessarily need for a trip to the beach.
Oh and scrunchies. Lot of them. Murmur only knows when her friends needed to borrow one.

Shoes.... Okay that depends entirely on the swimsuit she would wear so Ballini returned to her bedroom where she had left the two pieces; the floral piece and the shimmery pearl piece. Which was she feeling?
Well. That would have to wait until the next day for her to make the final decision.
That was fine.

Ballini secretly thought to herself that she was more likely to go for the one shoulder shimmer pearl one piece because she often went for paler colors more so. Not to mention they would also compliment Clara and Odette!
