Soft kinda has a sweet tooth

Soft was not at all used to having long talks, as he would usually have fallen asleep in the middle of his stories. However, this occasion was a... different occasion, as he was accompanying that other fancy Bun in his office. Carmelio seemed to be busy with some paperwork and somehow, though he couldn't see him directly, he seemed to catch Soft's attention by clearing his throat. "So... When were you planning to tell me that you have a partner for this breeding season?" Carmelio asked as if it was nothing, turning the page between those documents he was reading making Soft choke with his saliva, because of such a sudden and somewhat embarrassing question for him. Since well, it was the first time in years that apparently someone had taken an interest in a lazy old Bun like him. "A-ahm... well, no... I didn't want to bother you with your work. You're always... too busy" Soft turned his gaze away somewhat embarrassed with his face seemingly flushed with grief. Despite being a Succubun, he was never very good at anything involving anything risqué. After all, he'd been asleep by that point for more than half his life. "Soft... I'm your friend, but I'm also still your boss, if you're going to be incapacitated for a while while you have your son I should know about it too." Carmelio finally left those papers on his desk, although he failed to connect his gaze with Soft who seemed to avoid it. "Well... well, you know. What do you want me to tell you?" asked that Bun as he looked at him again, but now somewhat more shyly while Carmelio offered him a rather large and even somewhat mischievous smile. "Everything, I want to know what kind of man conquered the heart of my childhood friend. Do you think I haven't noticed how you've been acting lately? You even sleep less and all that stuff, that's not normal for you... Come on, I want to know how he treats you, also if he's a lout I don't plan to let you date someone like that." Soft couldn't help but laugh lightly at his friend's comment, he knew that even though he was kind of weird sometimes, he came off as someone nice. "Oh... there's so much to tell you." 

 

 Soft would have spent quite a while talking about that other Bun he met one day with his good or bad luck and would have practically self-proclaimed them a couple, though, he wasn't complaining, it had been an experience, though somewhat weird at first quite pleasant, he turned out to be someone extremely sweet and respectful to him, who didn't seem at all bothered by that sleepy attitude of his, even... when Soft fell asleep on the first date. "Really, you fell asleep on his first date after eating?" asked Carmelio who, although he didn't seem really surprised if not rather somewhat amused to hear how his friend didn't change for anyone truly. "Well, I was sleepy...and I didn't think that really, that would seem cute to him. He wasn't really trying and yet he asked me for a second date or more if possible. I think...he really is someone cute." Before Soft could continue talking about that man, his stomach had roared, he was in his doll form, so it was impossible to hide it as Carmelio raised an eyebrow. "I hope if he does feed you well if he plans to leave a bun in the oven, you know? If not, I'll go order you something myself through the Buner eats app" Soft would have denied rather slowly at that option Carmelio would have given him, somewhat chagrined. "No, I'm fine... I don't want to bother you, Emilio does an excellent job, I even think he takes too much care of me, I don't want to feel that I'm also a burden for you and you know it, Carma" Carma, a nickname that Soft rarely used on his friend and this one knew well that he only did it when he wanted him to pay attention to him in something. "Well then, take it as a gift, tell me... what are you in the mood for? Let me see what the app recommends for this season... uhm, oh, look there are things like pizza... sweet? Ice cream with noodles? Strawberry taco with mushrooms?! What kind of options are these?! Soft you... oh no, that expression on your face... did you really crave for anything I just said?" asked Carmelio incredulously as he saw Soft, a little embarrassed, nod. "Let me guess... it was the ice cream noodles? I think, it's the most normal thing on the list... well, tell me what else would you like them to have?" After that question from that white-haired bun, Soft wouldn't have been able to resist adding a few more things in that recipe, like melted caramel, chocolate, chocolates, and strangely some bbq sauce on top. All that combination, although it came to slightly disturb Carmelio, he preferred not to say anything and simply accept his friend's order, placing it in the app. "Good, now we just have to wait... I took the liberty of ordering myself something too, a bit more normal, of course..." With that, they would both wait for the food to arrive.

 

After half an hour of waiting, that food would have arrived and while Soft seemed to enjoy his noodles with that amorphous mixture of things on top, Carmelio couldn't manage to eat his salad without that combination of things on his friend's plate making him feel strangely disgusted. "Sure you don't want to try? this is really good" Soft said with a big smile as he ate from that bowl quite happily. Carmelio just softly denied not wanting to hurt his friend. "No no, you... you need to eat much more than me, after all you have a little bun growing in you, you should feed yourself well" Carmelio after that, he learned that maybe with the sensitive stomach he had, he shouldn't from now on, see his friend eating in front of him, especially things as... weird as that.
