Warmth lingered in the nest around him. Soft sheets, clothes and pillows were bundled together, making Viorell feel as if he was surrounded by soft clouds.  A wonderful aroma that could keep him asleep for hours was created by the perfect blend of tea and spices.

How long had he been in this semi-state of dreamy relaxation, surrounded by the soft pillows of his nest?

Viorell sighed contentedly, his gaze drifting to the intricate patterns on the wallpaper that adorned his cozy bedroom. The soft glow of the late afternoon light filtered through the curtains, casting a warm and inviting glow throughout the room.

The creak of the door's hinge broke the peaceful silence and drew Viorell's attention. Yuma strolled into the room, his expression a mixture of amusement and curiosity as he took in the sight of Viorell nestled in his new and comfortable nest.

"Did I wake you?" Yuma's voice was soft and gentle as he approached the nest. "I wanted to check on you. Make sure you're okay and if you'd like to eat something now." Yuma said with a smirk while his tone was almost soothing.

Viorell's heart skipped a beat at the genuine concern in Yuma's voice, a warm feeling spreading through his chest. The delicate scent of lavender and chamomile from the tea still lingered in the air, adding to the tranquil atmosphere of the room.

"I feel refreshed, thank you for asking," Viorell replied softly, a faint blush dusting his cheeks as he met Yuma's gaze. "Is it time for dinner already?" There was a hint of surprise in Viorell's voice, his eyes widening slightly as he realized how time had passed in the comfort of his nest.

Yuma chuckled softly, a melodious sound that danced through the room like a soothing tune.

"Indeed, time seems to slip away when one is nestled in such comfort," Yuma remarked, a gleam of amusement in his eyes making them shine. "But of course, if you prefer to rest a little longer, I can always bring you dinner later." Yuma offered.

Viorell's heart fluttered at the subtle playfulness in Yuma's tone, a warmth spreading through him.

"Ahh, dinner sounds lovely," Viorell replied softly, a shy smile tugging at the corners of his lips.

Once in the kitchen, Viorell was greeted by the aroma of a hearty stew simmering on the stove. The rich scent of herbs, vegetables and spices enveloped him, making his stomach growl softly in anticipation.

Viorell watched Yuma from the table with a mixture of wonder and admiration. It amazed him how comfortable Yuma seemed to be while doing all of this - preparing dinner in his kitchen, shopping, and even helping to build a nest as if he belonged there.

The lust bun couldn't help but feel a sense of warmth and gratitude towards the sloth bunny. It wouldn't have been strange at all if Yuma had just decided to vanish into thin air after Matentines, leaving Viorell to deal with the consequences of their moments together - it was almost expected of him, really.

So it was a nice surprise when Yuma decided to stay.

His gaze lingered on Yuma, tracing the soft curve of Yuma's smile as he moved about the kitchen with practiced ease. There was a sense of comfort in the air, like a warm embrace wrapped around Viorell, making him feel safe and cared for.

"Okay, time to dig in!" Yuma announced cheerfully, placing the steaming bowl of stew in front of Viorell. The aroma wafted up, filling the air with a tantalizing mix of savory scents that made Viorell's mouth water.

Viorell picked up his spoon, the warm broth sending a comforting tingle through his tongue as he took the first bite. The flavors exploded on his palate, a symphony that danced across his taste buds. He closed his eyes, savoring each bite as if it were a precious gift.

"This is so delicious…" Viorell murmured between bites, savoring the rich flavors that danced on his tongue like a well-orchestrated symphony. "I didn't expect such culinary skills from you, Yuma."

Yuma grinned playfully at Viorell, his eyes crinkled at the corners in amusement.

"Actually, you have a friend of mine to thank for teaching me a thing or two in the kitchen," Yuma admitted with a chuckle, a hint of pride in his voice.

"Then pass on my compliments to your friend," Viorell said with a smile, his eyes sparkling with appreciation as he savored another spoonful of the delicious stew.

The clink of cutlery against china and small talk filled the air as Viorell and Yuma enjoyed their meal together in the cozy kitchen. Their conversation meandered through the realms of favorite books, childhood memories, and shared moments of laughter. And as time passed, Viorell and Yuma found themselves in a comforting rhythm.

"So, how do you like the nest?" Yuma asked, his voice soft and sincere as he served them both a nice cup of tea.

Viorell took a moment to savor the aroma of the steaming tea before taking a sip. The delicate blend of chamomile and honey caressed his senses, bringing a sense of calm to his racing thoughts.

"The nest is truly comforting." Viorell replied, his eyes softening. "Thank you for helping me build it, the pillows and plush blankets, everything is perfect."

Yuma's eyes sparkled with a touch of pride and satisfaction.

"I'm glad you find it comfortable." Yuma replied softly, his voice carrying a warmth that matched the ambiance of the room. "Is there anything else you need?"

Viorell's eyes met Yuma's, a soft smile playing on his lips as he savored the moment of tranquility. The flickering candlelight cast a warm glow over the room, creating a serene atmosphere that wrapped around them like a comforting blanket.

"I guess...I could use some company…" Viorell replied softly, his eyes meeting Yuma's with a mixture of shyness and longing. "I mean...only if you don't mind." Viorell added, his voice barely above a whisper, his cheeks flushed.

Yuma's eyes held a mixture of surprise and tenderness as he met Viorell's gaze.

Yuma's surprise melted into a broad grin. He sat down in the chair next to Viorell, his eyes never leaving Viorell's face. The flickering candlelight danced in his eyes, giving them a warm glow that matched the gentle smile on his lips.

"Do I mind? Not at all!" Yuma replied with a huge smirk, his voice filled with warmth and sincerity.

Viorell's heart fluttered at Yuma's words, a rush of warmth spreading through his chest and his cheeks.

Ah, what a beautiful evening it was indeed.
