Tongues, Tails, Tentacles

Feleli hurried through the street, cursing to himself about his hyperfocus on his current fashion order that he nearly forgot about his blind date that he had signed up through a dating service. Matentines really could get so demanding for his business with all the influx of orders for sexy outfits. 

When he had spotted the restaurant where he was supposed to meet his blind date, he slowed down so he could take deep breaths to calm his racing heart from the sprinting he just did. Hopefully he won't be too late!

As he entered the restaurant, he scanned the area for a pink lust bun with an evil eyes trait. Shouldn’t be too hard to find, right? He smoothed his hands down his kimono to fix some of the creases.

Ari glanced at his phone, checking the time once again. His blind date wasn’t that late, technically… Ari just wasn’t used to being kept waiting. 

The message he’d gotten from the impromptu dating service the Church had set up summarized his date as “a blue-furred lust bun with a distinct style.” Ari took that to mean that his date would be fashionable? So he’d dressed up as well. 

While not necessarily “designer” or anything like that, Ari had his own distinct style he liked to stick to. Of course that style was mainly “anything that made him look good” but that was against the point. He was wearing a white lace blouse and nearly-sheer black leggings underneath a slim-fitting dress the same colour as the pink in his eyes. His shoes were more casual than usual, pink heeled booties that matched the dress. 

Ari checked his phone one last time before turning to look around the restaurant, resolving to abandon this endeavour if his date took more than a few more minutes to arrive.

After Feleli had checked with the host about his blind date, he had spotted the pink bun and walked over with a small smile

“Apologies for my tardiness. Got caught up with work. Hope I didn’t keep you waiting too long?” Feleli spoke as he took his seat across from him. Feleli hadn’t changed out of his usual purple kimono due to his tardiness and his tentacles were poking about a bit.

“Oh, hi!” Ari cast him a charming smile. His date’s outfit was cute. Nothing super fancy, but the fit of the kimono suited him. It also showed off a lot of his legs, and… Tentacles? Oh, those could be fun… “Not too long, no. I’m Reverie.”

“Oh good! I’m Feleli~” Feleli grinned, a fang slipping through. His date looked cute and he was intrigued.

“Have you pursued the menu yet?” He was curious about his date’s thoughts on food. 

~

“The wine menu, yes.” Ari held up the small menu insert that he was holding. “Food, not yet.” He smirked a bit. “I’ve had dates in the past who, when they saw me, decided they were hungry for something else, and we’d leave right away.” 

~

“Tempting” Feleli chuckled “I do prefer to start with some small chit chat first. Perhaps find out some information about sexual preferences among other things” he reached for the menu to look over the food
“Not bad offering” he hummed “Unless you’d rather have something else?” he teased a little. 

~

Ari laughed. “Some chitchat first works for me. I’ve also been wanting to try this restaurant for awhile so it’s a nice coincidence that we were set up here.” Ari opened up the main menu and pointed out the pasta section to Feleli. “I was thinking about getting one of these.”

“Oh those looks delicious. You want to get one to share or one each?” Feleleli was curious as he had spotted a few good options on the menu that Reverie was showing him.

“Also this place looks nice. I’ll have to come back again” he was absolutely not going to admit he patronized more expensive places because of one of his FWBs.

~

Ari smiled slyly, letting his eyes languidly travel up and down Feleli’s exposed legs and making it no secret that he was checking him out. “If we can agree on one to share, we could get out of here faster~”

Feleli smirked at the way Reverie eyed him up

“You can pick the dish then~” He purred, leaning forward “Perhaps a simple dish so we could finish it quickly if you’re rather….hungry”

Ari chuckled. “Changed your mind about small talk quite quickly, didn’t you?” As the waiter made their way over to the table, Ari pushed the wine list to Feleli’s side of the table, pointing out one of the rosés. “If you’re looking to have some wine tonight I recommend this one. It’s one of my favourites.” 

~

“Trying to get me drunk I see~” Feleli snickered. “And wasn’t it you who wanted to get out of here quickly? I’ll go with your recommendation then since it does seem good.” He had glanced at the menu quickly to see the name and recognized it as something he had yet to try.

“I do, but I’m not going to pass up an opportunity for a glass of this wine. A lot of places don’t carry it.” When the waiter arrived at their table, Ari told him to surprise them from one of three pasta options, as well as bring two glasses of the aforementioned wine. “Honestly, I’ve been trying to figure out what you do for work. It’s not like you have much of a… Uniform… Going on right now.”

Feleli let out an audible laugh “Oh I design clothes and accessories. I got rather focused on finishing up an order that I did not notice the time.” He rested his chin in a hand “I do try to dress up for dates, I assure you. What about you?”

He was certain that his answer probably did not help with his current attire.

“You’re a fashion designer?” Ari was immediately intrigued, leaning over the table towards Feleli without even noticing. “Do you have anything specific that you specialize in?” 

Then Ari realized he’d completely ignored his date’s direct question. “ I think everybody has their own definitions of what it means to ‘dress up’... I like to think that I dress up everyday, since I like to look good every single time I leave the house. My job kind of depends on it, actually.”

“Usually sexy, erotic and revealing styles” Feleli chuckled “Through I do requests from high paying clients for more specific styles” 

“Oh? What job do you perform?” Now he was curious especially if looking good was required for Reverie’s job

~

He is a Lust type after all, it makes sense that he specializes in sexy styles. 

“You could call it a ‘host club’, or a ‘character cafe’.” Ari tilted his head, trying to think of the best way to sum up his workplace. “The servers there all have a persona that they play into; my friend acts as a butler, for example.We serve sweets and light foods like sandwiches, but most people come more for the entertainment, or the atmosphere.” Ari smirked then, holding a hand to his chest proudly. “Most of my regulars keep coming for the private rooms we provide, where they can request a special type of service.” 

He was sure he didn’t have to explain to Feleli what he meant by that.

“That is intriguing! I should stop by at some point to check it out. Perhaps take advantage of the private rooms…..” Feleli smirked “Do you participate in those services or are you just the owner who supervises?” Oh he was curious about Reverie’s role.

“The owner?” Ari laughed at the thought of taking on that much responsibility. The waiter came by at that point, dropping off their pasta, split into two dishes, as well as their glasses of wine. “No, I’m technically just a server. But for months now I’ve held the record as the one who gets the most people coming back.” Ari took a sip of his wine before addressing Feleli’s other point of interest. “If you happen to come in while I’m working, just order one of my ‘sweet endings’ and I’ll know you want a special treat.”

Feleli took a sip of his wine and hummed “Delicious indeed” He snickered “Oh I will do just that. You’re intriguing and I like a good time. You do enjoy your work by the sounds of it. I presume that place is not the only way to get into your bed~?” he winked as he set the wine aside. 

“How’d you end up getting into that job?”

Ari’s tail flicked back and forth in amusement at Feleli’s obvious interest in him. “Mine is actually almost impossible to get into; you could blame my roommate for that. I just have the habit of making myself comfortable on other buns’ beds.” Ari put on an exaggerated thoughtful expression. “And couches, and floors, and bathroom counters…” He laughed softly as his words brought back quite a few memories. 

“To answer your question… I just applied to be a server, honestly.” He took a sip of his wine. “It’s not like the cafe is advertised as a place to buy sex. But when the owner asked if I wanted to ‘be put on the special menu’, what was I gonna do, say no?” Ari tapped one of his heart-shaped horns playfully. “Might as well get paid for my hobby, right?”

Feleli’s tail curled around one of his legs as he chuckled at Reverie’s habit of getting comfortable everywhere “Guess we gotta rent a room for tonight~ as I prefer to avoid making a habit out of bringing guests around my place.”

As Reverie continued to speak, Feleli twirled his fork around some pasta to chew on “Excellent point. May as well indulge in our vices huh?” he spoke after swallowing his bite.

“I usually go to clubs myself, regardless of how my clients are feeling sexually” he shrugged “Outside that, I don’t have much in hobbies.”

Ari swallowed a mouthful of pasta. “Guess we gotta, huh?” He smiled, visibly playing with one of his tongue piercings. He took advantage of Feleli’s kimono, snaking his tail underneath the table to caress the other bun’s bare thigh. He acted like nothing was out of the ordinary, taking a sip of his wine before continuing. “I don’t really have much in the way of hobbies, either. I’ve been going on quite a few blind dates lately, though. ‘Tis the season, after all.”

Feleli’s eyes locked onto the tongue piercing before startling slightly at the tail on his thigh. He shivered slightly as he shoved another forkful of pasta into his mouth to suppress the moan that was itching to sneak out. One of his lower tentacles did respond by brushing against Reverie’s tail.

“Any luck with blind dates?” He had to ask “I haven’t had any unfortunately but had some good conversations though. What about you?”

Ari furrowed his brow slightly at the odd sensation on his tail before realizing that it must be one of Feleli’s tentacles. For some reason he’d assumed they’d be cold, so this was a pleasant surprise. Ari let the tentacle do it’s thing, slowly inching his tail further up Feleli’s thigh. 

“Unless it went really, really bad, all of my dates end in the same thing, so I’m happy. It’s also nice to see non-Lust buns indulging in something a little different, if only for the next month or so.”  Ari’s skill for reading people was coming in handy; he’d noticed Feleli eye up his piercing. So he held his fork a little further away from his mouth than would usually make sense, and let his longer than normal tongue stretch out to grab the pasta, showing a second piercing and a suggestion at more.

Feleli shoved another forkful into his mouth as he attempted to keep his composure due to the tail sending tingles up his body. His tentacle loosely wrapped around the tail as it crept up his thigh.

“The pasta is delicious by the way” He complimented as he noted that Reverie had long tongue as well
“Oh you pierced yours. I haven’t given any thought to it but I don’t think it’d be wise….” the tip of his tentacled tongue slipped out to lick his lips. “Not everyday I meet someone with that trait” he purred as his tongue slipped back inside.

“It is delicious, isn’t it? I’m glad I asked the waiter to surprise us because this is the one I was least excited for and it’s amazing.” Ari playfully stuck the tip of his tongue out, flashing the first piercing again. “This trait is relatively new to me, honestly. And since I had my tongue pierced before, I just figured it made sense to go all the way.” When he said ‘all the way’ he lightly brushed his tail tip between Feleli’s legs before immediately pulling it away, teasingly retreating as his tail intertwined closer with the tentacle wrapping around it. 

“I’ve never seen anybody with a tentacle as their tongue, though. Considering how people react to how mine feels…” Ari left the sentence open-ended; he knew Feleli would guess what he was getting at.

Feleli grinned at the pasta comment and nodded before jolting at where Reverie’s tail tip had just been and his tentacle slowly unwrapped around the tail as his legs instinctively parted slightly. He cleared his throat and explained  “I’ve had mine for a long time but it took some time to get used to…….It iIs excellent for some…certain uses however~”

Feleli laughed again “Oh I’ve gotten some compliments on it. The texture, the grip, the length, all of that” He sipped the wine as his tail twitched around his leg. “Wouldn’t you like to try it out?” he teased as he easily uncoiled the full length of his tongue out for a moment before slowly coiling it back inside.

Ari stared at Feleli’s lips for a few moments before pulling his tail away. He waved down a waiter and asked them to bring the bill when they had a chance, thanking them and then looking back at Feleli. “Does that answer your question?” He took another long, slow sip of his wine. 

 ~

Feleli smirked with his fangs on display as he drained his drink
“Oh it does~ and I spotted a little hotel on my way here…..” Oh he was looking forward to this little fun with Reverie. Now to hope that Reverie was a switch or top.

“I’m going to have to come back here through. It’s fantastic here”

“Are you going to be able to enjoy your meal properly, or do you think your mind will wander to something else?” Ari teased. He wrapped up the bill and finished the last of his wine before getting up. He held out his hand for Feleli to take. “Now, I think you have somewhere you’d like to show me?”
