[Gift] Teddy's Flowers

"Fucking hell, Limon. Why am I here??" Ione stared at their best friend outside a flower shop, a leg twitching with desire to thump in annoyance, however their tail made it evident their level of annoyance with their quick thrashing about.

Limon took few steps back, hands up placatingly and smiling sheepishly
"I need help....Getting Teddy some flowers...You do have some knowledge....And-"

"I'm not buying Varrik any flowers!" Ione snapped.
"Yet." Limon pouted and Ione glared at her. "Fine. I'll help you get that doctor some flowers but you're delivering them yourself!"

"I promise! I promise I'll bring them to him myself, Ione!" Ione sighed at her.
".....Fine. Let's go inside and check the flowers out." Ione sighed softly once again as their tail calmed down to light twitches that had Limon nervously eying it.

A lovely gray and blue doll glanced up with a soft smile as the pair entered.

"Hello my name is Azrael. Feel free to come to me for assistance."
"We will, thank you." Ione nodded as they dragged Limon further inside to browse the flowers.

"What about roses, Ione?"
"The fuck, woman? Those are overrated."
"But I love them!" Limon pouted.

"Pink Camellia then since you longs for him." They deadpanned.
"Do not!" She protested loudly. Azrael glanced over, an amused smile on her face as the pair went around the shop and arguing quietly. They seemed like such good friends that she saw no need to step in. Yet.

"Yellow tulips-" "Ew! Those are plain."
"......." Ione stared at Limon disappointedly and she wilted
"They stand for 'There's Sunshine in Your Smile' and from what I hear about him from you and Damien, it suits well...."
"OH!!" Limon's eyes widened in appreciation as she grabbed few yellow tulips from the shelf "Perfect!!"

"Sweet demons help me with my patience with this one." Ione muttered under their breath as they continued to browse the shop with Azrael keeping an eye on them.

"What about Cactus? You did mention his *endurance*."
Azrael had been sipping her drink when she heard Ione's deadpan snarky comment and choked on her tea as Limon sputtered at the smirking gluttony.

"ABSOLUTELY NOT!" She flushed as Ione snickered "Hey you did ask for my help."
Azrael had to muffle her laughter behind a hand at the scandalized look on the citrusy lust's face as she shook with amusement.

"How about some sunflowers? They can symbolize dedication." The darker lust spoke up and Limon lit up.

"Oh perfect! Thank you, Azrael!" She grabbed few to put with the yellow tulips and Ione sighed in amusement.

"So tell me about this bun who's getting those~?" Azrael inquired kindly and Limon turned to her.
"Oh he's an absolutely sweetheart. Extremely sweet and thoughtful. Always mindful of boundaries and try to keep things simple but it's not likely with me around cause somehow nearly every time one of us is at the other's place we end up having some *fun* if you get my drift. Ione was right through, he has high stamina and endurance." Limon sighed contently
"He's good chef too. In many ways." She winked and Ione made a gagging noise at that much to the two lust buns' amusement.
"We're just friends with benefits but it's all good by me! I do want to get him some flowers because he deserve to be spoiled in gifts especially when he's always the one spoiling me." Limon huffed in amusement.

"Yellow tulips and sunflowers do suit thus far. Any other thoughts?" Azrael inquired as she scanned the flower shop before getting a somewhat mischievous look on her face that had Ione stepping back quickly.

"Sweet pea. It symbolizes Goodbye, Thank you for a lovely time and Blissful pleasures. I believe the last meaning would especially fit this bun~?"

Limon lit up and began to giggle as Ione swore colourfully under their breath.
"Absolutely. Perfect, Azrael. Thank you so much! I'll get sweet peas too!" She looked positively delighted as the gluttony swore behind her. Limon knew her friend was cursing both her and Azrael out for their vice being lust and she found it hilarious.

Once Limon had gotten the flowers as well as some filling plants, they went to the counter to pay. Once it had been paid, her phone rang and Limon picked up.
The moment her smile dropped, Ione knew they were about to be convinced into delivering the bouquet. They were right once Limon swore then sighed with a confirmation before hanging up.

"....Emergency at the parlor....Ione?"
"Do I have a choice?" They sighed at Limon's wide pleading eyes. "Fine!"
"THANK YOU, YOU'RE THE BEST!" with a swift platonic peck to their cheek, they were gone.

Azrael's eyes narrowed slightly when Ione turned onto her with a mischievous smile
"May I add one more plant to those?"
".....Cacti?" "Fuck yes." Azrael grinned at their confirmation.

"She is going to regret this isn't she?"
"Oh absolutely!" Ione snickered as the cacti was added to bouquet and paid for.

It did not take long for the gluttony to find the clinic that Teddy worked at. It was with perfect timing that the clinic hours had wrapped up and he was exiting the building. The doctor raised their eyebrows at the sight of Ione holding onto flower arrangement.

"Hello...?" The blond gluttony greeted as he approached them.
"This is from Limon. She couldn't come personally due to work emergency but...." Ione handed the arrangement over

"The yellow tulips symbolizes 'There's Sunshine in Your Smile', the sunflowers are for adoration and sunshine..." Somehow Ione kept a perfectly bland poker face as they continued "Sweet peas are for blissful pleasures while the cacti are for endurance. Limon picked those out." The arrangement was handed over and Teddy blinked in pure confusion as he stared at the cacti.

"Endurance." Ione emphasized as they walked off with a hidden smirk.

It would take time to dawn on Teddy and for his cheeks to redden considerably once he realized what sweet peas and cacti both implied.

Did Ione get yelled at once Limon had found out about the addition of cacti? Oh absolutely. Did Teddy thank Limon for the arrangement in his own special way? Absolutely!
