[PROMPT] PoD: CH 1

Ignition was very unsure of this.

Ever since he and Jackal had found Dove, He had been more than willing to try and help them adjust to Burrowgatry. Even going through that terrifying encounter with that...Angel? That's what Dove had confirmed to them afterwards anyway. Ignition swore he had only ever heard tales from Murmur about Angels, he had never imagined them to be true. Then again, He was a baby bun, Of course he hadn't thought them to be real, or even accurate. At the moment he was heading towards the Heavely Embassy. Thankfully he was meeting Dove there, He would be super nervous to go in alone. He...doesn't exactly have the most safety-friendly succubun appearance.

Other Cherebuns have come to burrowgatry since of course, but he's still nervous to make a wrong impression with them somewhere, somehow. He has a knack for doing it on accident, apparently.  He had met Primrose very briefly IN burrowgatry as he was given these tasks ' if you really want to do something helpful' as he put it. Very attractive, but also there was a presence around him that made Ignition feel very uneasy if they were alone together. He had heard from Dove that the angel they had encountered seemed to have made a makeshift version of the heavenly meadow they had been beamed to previously. This would be his first time visiting it, To say he feels anxious is an understatement. After all, The last time he was in the ACTUAL heavenly meadow...his eyes stung and he felt a deep nausea in his stomach.

As he waited inside the elevator, his foot began to tap as it went up.  The elevators tower was certainly something to behold. A very tall structure that seemed brighter than the city it had been connected to at its bottom. His foot taps faster. His body is trying to get rid of the excess energy he had biulding inside his chest, and spreading outward into his limbs. It was almost like an infestation in his brain. When the elevator dinged to stop, his eyes widened as he stepped out of it and into the heavenly embassy.

It wasn't too unlike the meadow they had happened upon, though the bright light thing was certainly not as straining as the original. Ignition doesn't spend too much time dawdling and staring and gawking, though, he has some gardening to do apparently. It was first on this 'to-do list' that he had been hastily handed. He just...really hopes Dove is there to meet him and not actually inside, He can be very good at getting lost when things come down to it.

To his dismay, Dove is in fact NOT standing outside of the greenhouse. For now, Ignition isn't too worried since he's too busy marvelling at the building.

They have greenhouses in burrowgatry cities, of course! There are many gardeners and crop growers who love nothing more then to practically sleep inside their greenhouses some days. This was different though, Ignition thinks its probably because of the majorly different setting, and the majorly different values of the plants having to grow here. Ignition enters the building but has not stopped looking up since he had arrived outside.

The greenhouse was HIGH. It was built tall, and with the very clear and cleaned glass...the light around the embassy shined beautifully through the surfaces. At the moment there are many flower beds, troughs and other holders, and they either hold mid-bloom plants, early sprouting plants or ones almost ready to be harvested. As he walks, he finds that a sense of calm and peace has washed over him, alongside his unease, making for a very strange combination.

He stops when he seems to have walked into some sort of...shrine?

There are stone pads paving the way down to a number of statues, Statues he doesn't recognise the look of. He looks around at them slowly, taking in every detail, every texture, every crack.

"There you are!"

Ignition is snapped out of his confused examination when a familiar voice from behind him sounds. He turns on his hooves to see Dove stood there, looking genuinely happy to see him.

He has to admit, Learning the truth and losing the amnesia has done wonders for Dove, As has being around Jackal. They're a lovely bun and they are always so nice and seemingly patient, They must be if they have to deal with Ignition...and they do it on purpose.

"What is this place?" The questions falls from his mouth before he stops himself, and he feels a slight shame at even asking with no filter.

Dove isn't bothered, They nod softly as they notice the confusion in his eyes. "This is the Garden of Virtues, We built it here so cherebuns can contemplate the values and virtues we were brought up with, in peace and without judgement."

Ignition laughs and Dove tilts their head

"Sorry, It just reminds me of the church of sulfur, only way more...relaxed" He smiles and Dove smiles too, They approach him and grab his hand, excitedly pulling him along to where they'll be working today.

"Okay! So, We're planting Ambrosia flowers today, Cherebuns can't really drink what you guys make down there...So we need to take utmost care and gentleness with these seeds and flowers!"

Ignition examines the packets and his eyes light up "Hey! These are the ones from the bright place-"

"Meadow" Dove corrects gently and with a smile "We had some of the artistic buns make some drawings so we can differenciate the seeds from one another, We will be planting a row of the white shimmer ones today!"

With a very strong work ethic, Dove begins to show Ignition how to make the right kind of bedding for the flowers, and how far apart to space them.

"We want to give them enough room to sprout out, and for their roots not to clash if possible, That way they can get the most nutrients for each of them!" Dove explains, and Ignition had never been more grateful...because gardening was on his to-do list of skills to gain, so he had literally zero knowledge on plants...even Aria would know better than he would right now.

With his hands, Ignition gently grabs a tool and makes some medium sized holes, allowing Dove to pop the seeds in one end as he did the other, them meeting in the middle until they had all been planted.

"Now cover it over with the soil, but do it slowly so you dont put a heavy amount over the seed too fast"

Once they were all covered over Dove clapped their hands and smiled "You did it!"

"YOU did it, I helped" Ignition chuckles sheepishly and Dove pats his shoulder

"Nonsense! We did it together! Now that this is done we can cross it off of Prims' list and head back down. I love it here, It reminds me of home...but i would really like to head back to Jackals now. So, I can take you back!"

Ignition is relieved to have an escort back to his home. He moves swifly to leave the embassy, and Dove follows suit.
