A parfait suitable for a Gluttony

There was finally a lull in customers so Limon got to wiping the counters and the tables after the customers using them had departed. It had been a lovely peaceful day so far and she was looking forward to the afternoon. Her new flavours, Chocolate Cardamom and Orange Cardamon had both been huge hits and that gave her big relief as she had been terribly worried about those two working out. 

 

She settled down onto the stool behind counter to write in her notepad; trying to think of new flavour combinations especially alcoholic. As it is she only had two and she didn't want to do alcoholic Pina Coloda. Perhaps something to do with rum or wine? Oooh mulled wine could be delicious!

 

"What do you think, little Strawberry?" Limon murmured to the adorable pink harpup hopping around nearby "Mulled Wine flavour? Sounds good?" 

The little harpup hopped up onto Limon's chest and she giggled

"I'll start experimenting soon then!" Strawberry Champagne was also jolted down because Limon knew they'd pair together nicely especially with additional of white chocolate bits. As did Honey and Rum simply because she wanted a honey flavour on her menu and she wanted to try to experiment with frozen yogurt form. 

 

"Limoooooon!" A familiar boisterous voice called out in tune with the ringing bell and Limon looked up with a bright smile on her face at the welcoming sight of Quince with one of her pets, a cute orange phloof on her shoulder.

 

"Quince! So good to see you. You're on your own for once" Limon giggled as she had often seen the taller boisterous owner of Pedigree Pets drag unknowing dolls into her parlor to share a big bowl of parfait. 

"Yep! Couldn't find a poor soul to drag with me and I wanted to stop by for some of your absolutely delicious sweets especially parfait!" Quince grinned and Limon's eyes caught the fang poking out. Sharp.

 

"Any flavours I should try? I'm thinking of going for sorbet and sherbet, I want fruits. I heard you got few boozy flavours in? Could you leave them out as I'm not feeling up for alcohol."

"Definitely let me get you the bowl set up!" "Thank you SO much!!"

 

Limon got up and went to grab the Gluttony sized bowl then began to scoop out strawberry, berry burst, mango, pineapple, citrus, orange, pomegranate and ube all in both sorbet and sherbet forms. Both orange cardamom and blueberry cheesecake only came in sherbet but both got scooped out. She spoke out the name with each scoop for Quince to hear and she was salivating at the thought of enjoying the bowl.

 

"Those all sounds so good especially orange cardamom!" Peach the orange phloof was currently bouncing around with Strawberry Sherbet the pink harpup somewhere and Limon giggled at Quince's reaction to the large bowl.

"Right? We just got in popping balls of all flavours I just listed! Let me get those in" Soon, colourful tiny popping balls were being poured into the bowl and Limon popped few into her mouth for sake of it. 

 

Strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, passionfruit and lemon syrups were being drizzled over before Quince settled in to enjoy her sundae while Limon busied herself around the parlor with more customers. Limon soon noticed Quince eying her up while slowly making her way through her gigantic gluttony sized bowl. Peach and Strawberry Sherbet were dozing somewhere nearby curled up together. It was quite adorable sight and Limon had to snap a picture.

 

"Mmm you know I think you would make fantastic dessert after this" Quince winked and Limon flushed at that teasing tone

"Perhaps later tonight~?" she teased back and Quince smirked at that. 

"We'll see~"

Limon noticed more customers and quickly went back to servicing them while the gluttony doll worked her way through the giant bowl. It wasn't long before the bowl was empty and Quince had ordered a large bowl of frozen yogurt in the Berry Burst flavour with white chocolate curls, graham crumbs and cheesecake bites as toppings to enjoy.

 

Unfortunately for Limon, Quince had to be called away for a small emergency at her shop so she waved the boisterous gluttony doll away as she began to clean up her parlor to close so she can head for home. She was tired and wanted to rest a bit before heading out to find Quince. Perhaps with some sweets of her own?

Who knows? Quince was always so fun to be around and Limon absolutely adored seeing the gluttony doll in her business. It would be profitable day whenever Quince paid her a visit.

 

Then Limon turned around and Peach had been left behind

"....Look like I have an excuse to visit Quince tonight. She forgot you didn't she?" she sighed as she picked the poor orange phloof up. Her pink harpup flopped onto her head as Limon headed out to return the poor imp.
