Dango for Ice Cream?

Limon absolutely enjoyed whipping up fun cold sweets to sell at her parlor as well as coming up with new flavours for her ice cream, frozen yogurt, sherbet, sorbet, and gelato. The lust doll DELIGHTED in seeing her customers so happy with her offerings and she even had several requests for cartons to bring home which she was pleased to oblige.
However she had gotten several requests for dangos and mochis which wasn't her department. She did not have the knowledge nor equipment to make them plus she's well aware that they could be so time consuming.

It wasn't without saying that from time to time she would have Shibani come in to get some sweets before falling asleep on one of sofas scattered around the parlor only to have Dan swing by to pick the sloth up. She had also noticed how Dan sometimes eyed her offerings. It was very rare for the prideful doll to order something to munch on.

Today was a rather unusual day. Shibani had shown up and gotten a parfait to munch on. He was actually wide awake for once instead of falling asleep mid munch which rather surprised Limon. The parlor was unusually quiet so she shrugged and started to wipe up counters with a damp cloth. She had just finished wiping them up when she heard a voice from a certain gruffy prideful doll.

"Ah there you are, Shibani. Enjoying the sundae?"
"Mmhm! Limon makes tasty ones. Come and try this!" Shibani smiled up at Dan who sighed and settled down into booth next to him. Limon watched as he sampled the red bean ice cream and nodded in approval.
"I prefer the frozen yogurt version" he murmured and Limon had to hide her smile as she got to making herself a small bowl of frozen yogurt using key lime, graham crackers and coconut flakes. She had taken few bites when Dan glanced up toward her

"Limon. I have a proposal." Limon tilted her head in curiosity
"I would like to learn how to make one of your cold treats. In return I shall teach you the art of making dangos"
Limon eyed him
"I can give you the equipment as well, but I would also like some dough of mochi. I've been getting requests for mochi ice cream and I would make some myself but I lack equipment as well as time" Dan nodded at that.

Once Limon and Shibani had finished their sweets, the trio headed straight for Dan's Dango for the lesson on dangos.

Dan set to gathering ingredients needed and the equipment ready. A large mixing bowl, small bowl of water, a platter, a boiling pot of water, a bowl of icy water, mortal and pestle, bamboo skewers, two types of flour, sugar, and black sesame seeds.

"Come here, we start with the flours. Equal parts and some sugar, mix well then add in water until kneaded nicely and soft" Dango gave verbal instructions and stood back as Limon got to pouring in equal parts of rice flour and sweet glutinous flour along with sugar and mixed it up before gradually adding in water and kneaded into soft and smooth dough much to Dan's approval.
"You know your way around doughs" he praised as Limon smiled at him
"Have to. Guessing I have to seperate those into balls?" He nodded and she did so. It took several tries but she managed and soon they were being boiled. When they were transfered to the icy water, Limon got to grinding up the black seasme seeds in pestle with the mortar until they were fine powder then mixed it throughly with sugar.
The dango were drained and skewered before being coated in the topping mix.

"Excellent work. You're quick to learn and it certainly helps that you have foundation knowledge already" Limon giggled at the praise

"Let's enjoy those then we can go back to the parlor for your lesson"
