Pumpkin pie is the best!
A handmade gluten-free crust had to be substituted in since one of our Thanksgiving guests is very sensitive.
I had no idea that stabilized whipped cream was a thing before making this. I used powdered sugar and cornstarch for it, which made it taste a little different, but it was fine. It was still very hard to get the bunny to look at least recognizable though, and it only stayed upright for less than a minute. Bonus test whipped cream bunny featured in the background. I think this was the first time I did legitimate piping with the bag and everything, maybe? I dunno.
I'm a goof and forgot to include my username while the pie was still intact, so there's an extra image of it after it was partially eaten. More whipped cream was added to it before serving, because it was there anyway, so why not? Lol.
