Raking the Fallen Leaves
The temperature had finally cooled down considerably from the scorching hot sun toward more cool breeze. The ground were slowly getting covered in lovely red, orange and yellow leaves with some scattered brown leaves here and there. The trees were still full of leaves but it was obvious that shedding were slowly happening.
Fuyuko was in her doll form and staring out the window at the beautiful scenery with a small smile on her face. She grabs her large hat and adjusts it on her head so one is tucked into her grand prideful horns before going to search her place for some scarf or shawl to cover her shoulders from the chilly winds outside. Soon she found a lovely starry dark blue shawl to cover her shoulders with. Securing it with a moon shawl pin, Fuyuko was out the door and looking for a rake she had stored somewhere. Did she remember where exactly?
Nope. She's quite forgetful. She looked in the storage, under the porch, around the backyard, climbed up few trees and poked around the garden. Was the rake anywhere in those locations? Nope! Did she go back inside to look? Yes.
Bedroom? Nope. In kitchen? No. Closet? Logical but nah. The bathroom?
Unfortunately, yes. Fuyuko flushed as she ferried it back outside where it truly belongs.
"Leaves on the ground: Check! Rake in hand: Check! Fuyuko present? Double Check!" Fuyuko smiled as she stood there on her front porch, staring out at the beautiful scenery.
"It's so pretty! Too bad I have to rake those so I can do some crafts and clear the passage!" She pouts at the idea of destroying the such pretty scene "Oh well! More will fall and it will be prettier!"
Fuyuko started to walk off porch only to trip over a cloud which immediately dispersed and stumbled down the stairs.
"Ow...." She winced as she get to her standing position and dusted herself off "I need to be more careful! Okay now to start!" Fuyuko cheered as she carried her rake to the farthest part of her land so she could start raking toward her home. Rake rake rake....There are so many leaves, why did she slack off? She pouted at herself as she slowly dragged the rake across the leaves into small piles to be combined into larger piles later. At least her purple clouds had moved to above her knees as to avoid getting in the way. Fuyuko did however enjoy some of crunchy sounds the leaves made as she raked them into piles.
Soon there were many many small piles all over her property full of colourful fallen crunchy leaves and the starry prideful doll was now working on combing them into larger piles; two at a time. Once they were all combined, Fuyuko repeated her actions untill there were four big piles, two in front yard and two in the backyard. The blue starry succubun flopped down on the front steps, now worn out and in her bun form. Her star motes twinkled around her while Fuyuko slowly caught her breath and regained her composure. She had to finish raking it all into one big pile. It would be hard work but so so necessary!
Once Fuyuko had gathered herself again she hurried toward the backyard, shifting into her doll form and worked to rake all of the leaves toward the front, adding to the two piles already in front yard. Soon they were huge, almost dwarfing her! But she persisted until all leaves were in one pile.
It was SO huge! Fuyuko had to crank her neck upwards to look at the pile.
"oh wow it's really big" she grinned as she began to climb the nearest tree. Of course her climbing up the tree and onto a thick branch had jostled some more leaves into falling toward the pile. She was at the perfect height and in perfect location to land perfectly in the soft yet crunchy pile full of tempting leaves.
So. This starry prideful doll let herself fall backwards into the pile. She was swiftly buried in the pile with loud giggles escaping her. She laid there in the pile, surrounded by the leaves and Fuyuko was so satisfied by the sensation of crunchy leaves beneath her and how soft it was around her.
