A Night on the Town.
Base-espoused filigree plating glinted in the chandelabra lowlight, the grand standing mirror - ornate and perfect in its mighty fullbody height - cast a lit glow against her cloven feet, the spade of her striped and banded tail wriggling to and fro, as if enchanted to do a serpentine dance of its own, showed her excitement. She was finally testing out her new gifts to herself, things she'd bought with the excess of funds she cultivated from her occupation as a master seamstress. She delighted in the outfits she created for those of Burrowgatory, and they delighted upon wearing her garments in return.
But right now was no time to think about that. With a little wriggle of the curve of her hips and the sound of a clasp clicking into place, her outfit was complete. Well, it could almost be considered an outfit. She wore the same long-trailing gown she usually did with the lace pattern she came to so adore over the years, but there was something new there, too. A chain. A silver chain that hitched itself to a cuff, two cuffs, to be exact; one fitted by herself to fit each of her horns. Tucked over the line of chainwork that had created the bridge in the gap of her keratinous weapons, was a veil. Lacework, as was usual with her. She thought it gave her a mysterious look, and she felt reinvigorated by the reinvention of herself. Even if it wasn't much.
After several seconds of looking and preening at herself in the reflective glass mirror, she heard the bell ring to her burrowed estate, giddily clapping her hands together to glide towards the main entrance, throwing the door to her hutch open, and clasping her arms around her newfound date. Coincidentally.. also named Hutch. What a delight! It wasn't serious, nothing ever was - but it was a new friend, and she wanted to dress to impress. As she caught herself smiling in the glass section of her decorated nest door, she forced her mouth into a more neutral position, unwilling to showcase just how excited she was. The veil didn't cover her mouth, after all, and she needed to maintain some level of cool and calm.
"You look amazing!" Hutch exclaimed, and as she tucked her arm in with theirs, ready to hit the Rabbit Hole before ending the night at the Wonderland Casino, she couldn't help herself. Knowingly, she tucked in a little closer to their side and answered as to the fact of the matter, all as they happily trotted to the city for their destined date-to-be...
"I know, darling. I always do, and I always will. Just for you.~"
She always did pride herself on being a smooth-talker - whether or not the words were true remained to be seen.

She's decorating her horns, as per the topic / prompt at hand, in preparation for a date with Hutch!
