[Gift] A hunt for THAT PERFECT toy

A certain pretty greedy succbun was strolling along the street filled to the brim with stalls full of toys (and food of course. what fair didn't sell food? Come on!) and he sniffed in pure disdain as he scanned the stalls for certain something that met his rather high expectations. Raiben the grey greedy succbun with creamy and gold accents with angora fur was in hunt of a very adorable and the most perfect toy for his (sadly lacking) collection. 

 

The one thing he really wanted was food themed toy which he hasn't been able to find just yet because everything was full of wooden toys, fidget toys, stackable toys, dolls, electronics, etc. Everything but FOOD! Sheesh how hard could it be to find a single stall that has some FOOD themed toys?? Come on they're cute and common.

 

Raiben pouted as he continued his stroll down the street. He eventually sulked his way into a loooong lineup for cheesecake on stick. He had to get something to eat to fill his energy back up before resuming his search. Duh! The grumbling bun stared at the menu from afar, squinting disgruntledly as he tried to make his mind up on what he would have. Everything just look sooo scrumptious. 

 

OOOH Blueberry Crisp? White chocolate dipped with cinnamon and brown sugar crumble with oat crisp on top along with blueberry filling, icing and blueberries on the very top? His mouth was already watering damnit.

"Blueberry Crisp please! Thank you" and with that ordered & paid he was off happily munching on his cheesecake. He had just taken two bites in when he FINALLY spotted the ever-elusive stall full of food-themed plushies and he yelped in excitement but paused cause food in hands??

Sulking he went to sit on a bench right across from the ULTRA DESIRED STALL and worked his way through his heavenly glorious cheesecake slice.

.....what? he's a greedy subtype. you really expect him to toss that delicious cheesecake when he could enjoy it while plotting which toy to purchase from the stall? Please.

 

Once the cheesecake slice was fully consumed, Raiben licked his hooves clean and checked that the fur did not need cleaning before tossing the stick into a trash bin. He soon approached the stall and started browsing the toys.

 

There was an adorable brown dinosaur with cream tummy and white sprinkles all over the back  plushie that reminded Raiben of smores, a white cat with rainbow sprinkles plushie that resembled birthday cake, a pink seal with green belly and black dots all over the body that made Raiben think of watermelon, a white rabbit with pink icing all over the back and colorful sprinkles that resembled the classic donut and a pink/white/black giraffe plushie that looks like a dragonfruit. 

 

All adorable plushies but Raiben still frowned. They were not perfect. 

BUT! THEN A PLUSHIE! SITTING RIGHT THERE! ON THE TOP SHELF! A very large pale yellow narwhal plushie with three blobs along its back in pink, white and brown colors just like Neapolitan ice cream. There was peeling yellow along the tail, almost like a banana peel. The horn resembled a cherry.

 

Raiben GASPED! A BANANA SPLIT NARWHAL PLUSHIE! PERFECT!! Just what he had been hunting for!!

"Sir! Sell me that plushie!!" he pointed

"I ABSOLUTELY MUST have it!!" he excitedly stated. The stall owner had a chuckle

 

 

"We have had several customers pass up on that one because of the large size. You are the first one to ask for it" she smiled at the greedy succbun who promptly took out his wallet and very eagerly paid for the larger than life plushie. 

 

Did he get looks when he carried the narwhal away from stall? Yes. Did he care? NOPE!!
