Marketable Plushie Mascot Shibani
i was worried i wouldnt get this done in time but here he is <3 shibani crochet! i had a lot of white yarn lying around with no plans and so... he was made. i really like the size he turned out, very hand holdable.
i used mahumcrochet's bunny plush pattern as inspiration but changed the proportions and patterned my own hands feet horns and tail :3 the tail also has wire running through it up into the plush's body, so it can be posed or support him upright! i made the heart on the end of the tail by following HookedByRobin's video tutorial. i used fabric paints in red blue white and black to draw on his face and hooves, and to add pink and blue blushing all over. to fulfill peter's challenge i made shibani's rope by just crocheting a super long chain, and trying to dye it red w/ rit dye, but it didnt stick to the fiber so i just painted it with fabric paint too lol. one cool educational part of this project was that i learned how to tie a hishi karada, but like. very small. i wanted the rope to be removable!
i havent actually made a plushie out of crochet before so this was very satisfying to complete! <3 if/when i make another succubun plush, i'll take note of my stitches to make a pattern others can use if they like my design :3
