One day, Anarchy will rule over burrowgatory. Her reign will be one devoid of the stuffy rules that make daily life so boring. She will incite chaos wherever she wanders, and spread word of her cause far and wide. Naturally, burrowgatory city places very little significance upon rules to begin with, and the few that are in place are only upheld to keep the place from falling to pieces. Deep in her heart Anarchy has very little desire to rule the city, but she would never dare break character to let anyone know. This facade she's created, the conqueror with her sights set on the city, has become more than just a mask. It's the best way she can interact with the world.
An actor by trade, Anarchy devoted herself to theater for several years after entering the city. She took part in dozens of stage plays and starred in a wide variety of roles. It did not take long for her to realize she only found one role particularly comfortable, it was undeniable that her true calling was to play the part of the villain. Though unable to truly enact any of her evil plans, Anarchy set out to write nefarious comedy shows and spread word of her plans throughout the city. She eventually found a partner and together they created Awesomepocalypse, the comedy act that's working to take the city by storm.

Personality
Design Notes
Anarchy's coat pattern is reminiscent of bunny apple slices.
She is never seen without a cape, but she has several in shades of black, white, and grey that she swaps depending on the day.
Trivia
- She never drops her villainous mannerisms, not even at home, which she refers to as her lair.
- Her loafki, The Demolisher, is quite lazy and rarely leaves her apartment. Anarchy makes sure to give it plenty of attention when she's home, and they cuddle every night.
Relationships
After being introduced by mutual friend Effie, it took very little time for Cheery and Anarchy to become practically inseparable. The two share a love of stage shows and comedy, and together they created the duo act Awesomepocalypse. It took them a bit to polish their act, but they started gaining popularity throughout the city as promising young talent. Most of their time together is spent writing new material, their lust for world domination seems to be a never ending source of humor. The rest of their time is spent fantasizing about their future, and all the possibilities that come with it.
From the first moment Effie saw Anarchy on stage, she knew she wanted to support the young artist. Immediately after the performance she'd chosen to attend she swooped Anarchy up, offering her funding and connections in the world of theater. Anarchy accepted with grace befitting of a villain. These connections allowed her to spend time learning from masters of the art, and slowly but surely Anarchy perfected her craft. Effie bestowed another gift upon the young actress when she introduced her to Cheery, a directionless performer with a love for the ridiculous. The two instantly hit it off, and the rest is history.
