Over 4,000 players and 8,000 succubuns later... Can you believe it's already been two years?

The success and popularity of my silly bunny game continues to astonish me, and I'm so grateful for all the opportunities Succubuns has brought me. I've gotten to work with so many artists I admire, see my own original game concepts get brought to life by talented programmers, and watch hundreds of people respond to the stories I write and play in the world I've created...

I won't lie and say it isn't overwhelming at times—the bigger our community grows, the louder any negativity is amplified, which can make it hard to keep up my morale. I've had to be careful to avoid burning myself out this year as I've worked on some of the biggest pieces of content I've ever created, especially as unfortunate circumstances in real life have affected Yves and me behind the scenes.

Even so, I wouldn't trade it for anything. Working on Succubuns is so much more creatively fulfilling than almost any other job I could imagine myself in, allowing me to draw so many different things, write stories, create characters, develop game mechanics, world build, and more... As someone who's never been able to stick to just one artistic niche, this is the first time I've ever been able to focus on the same project for two whole years!

There's so much more I want to add to this game next year, and some great new stuff prepared for you all to enjoy in the next couple months, including our first ever novella-length (!!) plot and a new Burrowgatory holiday. More than money, more than popularity, watching people enjoy the things I make for Succubuns is what motivates me to put my all into it, so I really hope you enjoy it all!

Thank you so much to everyone who has supported Succubuns over the past two years—this game would be nothing without everyone who plays it and the community you've all built. I hope you all keep pushing your artistic boundaries, making friends, exploring Burrowgatory, and having fun with your silly bunnies!

Happy second anniversary!! 🐇🎉 I joined CS this year, I've only been here for 3 months, but these are the most fun times I've had online. This CS is incredible in so many ways and it's amazing how, even with so many people, it's still a welcoming, comfortable and exciting environment. 🥺💞
Although not everything is perfect, I hope the good things always outweigh the bad and that you and the team move forward even more!!

Keep up the great work !! The effort you all put into the site REALLY shows. This is the most well made species thing I've ever been a part of. Everyday it gives me something to look forward to !! I love all the stories, I'm very attached to the characters in general, the events are fun and well written. Everyone has been nothing but kind. Having an adult space is so important. I'm 30 now, I NEED strictly adult spaces. I want to hang out with people my age ! Drawing these silly blobby buns has really helped me recover from my burn out.
